When you request a quote or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, suburb or project location, project details, preferred contact method, and any plans or photos you choose to send.
The website may also record basic technical and campaign information such as the page visited, referrer, campaign parameters, and Google advertising click identifiers. This helps us understand which enquiries came from our advertising without storing your form answers in browser storage.
How we use information

- To prepare quotes, clarify scope, and arrange site or project follow-up.
- To measure website and advertising performance and reduce wasted advertising spend.
- To protect the website and enquiry forms from spam, misuse, and security threats.
Website measurement
Campaign attribution may be stored in your browser for up to 90 days so an enquiry can be matched to the campaign that brought you to the site. If Google Ads or Google Analytics measurement is enabled, Google may use cookies or similar technologies according to its own policies and the settings applied to the CLADSMAN account.
You can clear or block browser storage and cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may reduce measurement accuracy but will not prevent you from using the site or requesting a quote.
Service providers and disclosure
CLADSMAN uses trusted service providers to host the website, process forms, deliver communications, and measure advertising. These may include Netlify and, when configured, Google. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, customers, or systems.
We do not sell personal information.
Storage and security
